Raymond D. Glenn, husband, father, and grandfather passed away 5 April from complications to the Covid-19 virus at the age of 88.  Mr. Glenn was a native Floridian from Miami, attended Miami Edison High and the University of Miami, served in the Navy, and as a Miami Beach Police officer before taking over his family's wholesale nursery.  He and his wife Caroline eventually retired in the Ocala area in 2002.

He is survived by his son Steven, daughter-in-law Margaret, son-in-law John, brother Bob, and grandchildren Casey, Andy and Brianne, and Matt and Carina. His wife, and daughter Carol preceded him in death.  The family asks that those willing should donate to the Advent Health Foundation.  In the age of this pandemic, it was their hand that held his.
