Life Celebration will be 12 Noon Saturday, November 23 at Grace Baptist Church 3170 Howland Boulevard Deltona.
Ray is survived by his wife Sharon, children Karen Reighard, Tim Reighard, Cynthia Newbold, sister Louise Bailey and granddaughter Melissa Reighard.
