Rex E Howard, 58, Deland FL died SUnday, May 15, 2011. He served in the US Air Force. Rex owned and operated West Volusia Heating and Air COnditioning. He is survived by his children Trevor Howard of Lake Mary, Traci Howard of Deland, brother Joe Howard of Jackson, MI, sisters Helen McLean of Deltona, Patricia Smith of  Orlando, one nephew, three nieces and one great niece. Life Celebration will be held at the home of his Mary Howard and his two step-children Traci and Eric 260 E Minnesota Avenue Orange City on Saturday, May 21 from 3 to 6 PM.
