Rhett A Cyphers, 73, New Smyrna Beach FL died Sunday, February 3, 2012. He was born in War, West Virginia. He served our nation in the US Army in Viet Nam. He came to this area in 1982 from West Virginia.Rhett worked as a hotel manager at the Mark Charles Hotel. He was a member of Advent Christian Church in War and enjoyed fishing, shrimping and golf. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of43 years Pauline, children Tracy Barton, Victoria Mrotek, Rhett Cyphers, II, siblings Daniel Cyphers, Linda Edge, David Cyphers, Randy Cyphers, eight grandchildren and one great grandchild. Services and committal will be in War, WV.
