"Richard D. Criss, 90

Richard D. Criss, 90, of Silver Springs passed away September 24, 2016.  Born in Hymera, Indiana, December 8, 1925.

He is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Jeanette; children, Tim (Gladys) Criss of Silver Springs, FL, Tom (Donna) Criss of Tallahassee, FL, Cheryl (Gregg) Schilling of Coldwater, MI; eight grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Richard served his country in the US Navy during WWII and then had a 35 year career as a tool and die maker while raising his family in Warren, Michigan.  He enjoyed his early retirement years in Lexington Heights, MI and eventually relocated permanently to Silver Springs, FL.

A visitation will take place at Baldwin Brothers in Ocala on Thursday, September 29, 2016, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm.  Memorial service will be at Forest Assembly of God Church on Friday, September 30, 2016 at 4:00 pm."
