Richard Thomas Cross passed away on Saturday, December 17, 2022 in Titusville, Florida.

Richard was born in Lynn, Massachusetts on June 17, 1947.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Harold Thomas Cross and Marie Gwynn Cross.  He is survived by his wife, Lynda Patterson Cross of Titusville, Florida and her son Josh Rhinehart, and family of Palm Coast, Florida.

Richard served in the Air Force from October 1965 to June 1967.  Following his service, he worked as a mechanic in the automotive industry in Jacksonville Beach, Florida.  He enjoyed mountain biking and building trails in Kathryn Abbey Hanna Park.  Richard, also known as "Bunky" to his friends and family, loved spending time on the beach and was an avid fisherman and surfer.  His constant companions for the past seven years were his beloved Beagles, Bonnie and Clyde.

Military funeral services will be on January 31, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery, 5525 U.S. Highway 1, Mims, Florida.
