Richard Robert Eubank, 90, of Port Charlotte, Florida formally of Evansville, Indiana passed away on February 14, 2024, at home. Richard was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on August 12, 1933, to the late Arthur Wayne Eubank and Hilda Joann Marie Braun Eubank. In addition to his parents, Richard is preceded in heaven by his daughter, Amy Reeder; brother, David Eubank; and sister, Virginia Fedosky. Richard is survived by his totally devoted loving wife of 67 years, Joy Chime Eddy Eubank; children, Betsy Eubank of Port Charlotte, Wayne Eubank of Ormond Beach, Florida, Kris Dombrowski and husband Wally of Casco, Michigan; grandchildren, Emily Wolcott and husband, Dale, Andrea Walker and husband Kyle, Austin Eubank, Adam Dombrowski; great grandchildren, Owen and Maxwell Wolcott, special niece Darcie Lang and husband Jeff, and his brother Donald Eubank. Richard was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He enjoyed playing golf, traveling, volunteering at church and his family. He was a veteran of the US Army serving in Korea. Richard was a member of the Sonshine Baptist Church in Port Charlotte. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. The family would like to send a special thank you to Tidewell Hospice staff, especially nurses Stephen and Michelle and personal caretaker Cheyenne for their patience and compassion during this most difficult time.
