Richard Jon Folcik was born June 18th, 1943 In Detroit, MI to his mother Sophie and father John. He passed away August 5th at 7:03pm in Daytona Beach, FL. He was preceded in death by his brother Edd and sister Janet Ryon. He is survived by his brother Lawrence and his sister Diana Szczembara. He worked hard throughout his life and was a patented chemical engineer.
