Richard Oliver Fowler, 91, of Tavares passed away on March 31, 2020 at Brookdale Assisted Living in Tavares. He was born on May 27, 1928 in Lansing, Ohio. He served our country as a Sergeant Medic Chief and was a Korean war veteran. Richard was a self-employed Truck Driver, traveling over the road for many years. He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Fowler and brother Walter Ross Fowler. Richard is survived by his daughters Chris Alexander (Larry) and Sharon Matz (Danny); sons Richard Fowler (Cindi) and Bruce Fowler (Robin); 9 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.
