RICHARD ALLEN HANSCHU, 84, of Ocala, FL passed away on Wednesday, May 3, 2017.  He was formally from Plymouth and Dearborn Michigan.  He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years Lura (Sullivan) Hanschu and their 4 children, Michael (Kimberly), Maureen Veenstra (Don), Richard Jr (Kimberly), Rob (Inge).  Together they have been blessed with 13 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.  He retired as a Marketing Executive from Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Michigan after 31 years of service.  He received his undergraduate degree from Western Michigan and MBA from Wayne State University.  He was a member of the Western Michigan Football Team form 1952 to 1954.  A Memorial Service will be held at a later date in Michigan.  Arrangements by Baldwin Brothers Funerals & Cremations 954 E.
