Richard H. Manning, 83, of Port Orange, FL, passed away on October 6, 2015 at the Halifax Health Medical Center, Daytona Beach, FL. Richard was born on January 13, 1932 in Miami, FL to the late Basil Benjamin Manning and Ruth E. (Finn) Manning. He was raised in Miami, moving to this area in 1986. Richard was a veteran of the United States Air Force, he attended the University of Miami and the University of Florida, and he worked as an Electrician. Richard was preceded in death by his loving wife of 49 years, Patricia A. Manning. He is survived by his 3 children, Dawn M. Manning, Mark A. Manning, and Eric P. Mannning; and several nieces and nephews. Richard was very proud of his children, and he was devoted to his family. A Celebration of Life ceremony will be held in the near future.
