Richard William Meisner 60, Passed Peacefully on January 14, 2018

Richard was born in Bronx, N.Y. and grew up in Bronx, N.Y.  After Attending St. Raymond High School Graduated 1976,  His family moved to Altamonte Springs, Fl.

He married Carman in June 26, 1983

Richard Studied Law Enforcement Graduated From Seminole Community College Police Academy 1989.  Richard received his Associate in Art Degree in 1981.  Richard continued his education in Criminal Justice Technology Graduated with an Associate in Science Degree Graduated 1990 and Emergency Medical Technician Certificate 1992.

Richard retired from Law Enforcement December 2013

Richard was Deputy Sheriff Court House OCSO Retired, Adjunct Instructor Police Academy DBCC Retired

After Richard Retired he enjoyed going to storage auction with his wife Carman, and find treasures

He is survived by his loving wife Carman Meisner of 35 years
