Richard L. Netherly, 84, passed away August 08, 2021, at The Preserve, an assisted living community, in Fort Myers, FL. Born July 16, 1937 in Middletown, OH., he was the son of Enice Netherly and Laura Bowman. Richard had worked as an electrician in a steel factory numerous years prior to his retirement. He is survived by his loving wife, Beverly Netherly (nee Cogan) of Fort Myers, FL. Additional announcement information is forthcoming from the family.
