Richard A. Risser passed away Sept. 13th shortly after doing what he loved most, watching the Philadelphia Eagles win. When he wasn’t watching the Eagles you would find him golfing. 

Richard also affectionately know by Dick was born in Camphill, PA June 15, 1949. Currently a resident of Port Orange FL. He will be deeply missed by his wife of 46 years Billie (Keyser) his stepson Drew (Sine) and his wife Alaine his stepdaughter Staci (Derry) and her husband Brian and his Grandchildren Spencer and Gordon and also his extended family and best friend Theo his dog. Richard spent the majority of his life in the car business. He had a wonderful life filled with travel, sports, & his loving family.
