Richard Martin Spina Jr., 58, of Cape Coral, passed away July 1, 2020. Born July 13, 1961 in Queens, NY., he was the son of Richard M. Spina Sr. and Lucille Cochrane. Richard worked as a chef and owned his own business as a painter/handy man. He later went to Edison State College and earned his associates degree. Surviving are his son Richard C. Spina, daughter Ashley N. Madrid, brothers David and Vinny Spina, sister Julia DeStefano, and grandson Christian Madrid. Visitation will be on Saturday July 11, 2020 from 12:00 to 2:00 pm. and from 5:00 to 7:00 pm., at Baldwin Brothers Funeral & Cremation Society, 4320 Colonial Blvd., Fort Myers, FL., 33966. Services will be on Sunday July 12, 2020 at 11:00; also at the funeral home.
