Richard died peacefully at home in Ocala, FL. under the care of hospice on October 12, 2019. He was surrounded by  his family during his passing. He was a loving husband, a wonderful father, a hard worker, and served very proudly in the US Navy.

Richard is survived by his loving wife of 52 years & 11 months Rochelle Sullivan. His daughter Karen Sullivan, and son-in-law John Smullin. He is also survived by his brothers Frank (Marilyn) Sullivan, John (Susanne) Sullivan, his sister Carol O'Neil and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
