Rita Fay Louchart, 60, of Ocala died Thursday, July 7, 2016 at Estelle's House in Ocala, FL.  She was born April 6, 1956 in Hollywood, FL the daughter of James Edward Neel and Jeanette (Peacock) Neal.  A lifetime resident of Florida she came to this area at a very young age and worked as a waitress.  She is survived by her husband, Ronnie Louchart of Ocala, FL; One daughter, Crystal Burnham of Dunnellon, FL; by three brothers:  Edward Neel of Cleveland, AL; Roy Neel of Ocala, FL; and Charles Neel of Silver Springs, FL; and by two sisters:  Wanda Fyffe and Linda Kaylor both of Ocala, FL and by two grandchildren.  Services are private.
