Robert (Bob) Donald Clark, age 72 of Ormond Beach, FL, peacefully passed away on May 7, 2025.

He was born on November 7, 1952 in Hampton, Virginia, son of the late Robert Green Ingersol "GI" Clark and Dorothy Vanhoy. Robert was married for 35 years to Mary Jordan Clark.

He was employed by Hilton Daytona Beach Resort for 25 years in the Building Maintenance Department and retired in 2021.

Robert was preceded in death by his sister Bonnie James of Hampton, VA, his brother Thomas Sneed of DeLeon Springs, VA and nephew Timothy Smith of Myrtle Beach, SC.

He is survived by his wife Mary J Clark of Ormond Beach, FL, his sister Debbie Rorvig of Montevideo, MN, his sister Carolyn Wright of Ponte Vedra, FL and her husband Gerald Wright. He is also survived by his nephews Rocky Smith and wife Bobbye Jo of Salisbury, NC, Kenneth Smith of Hampton, VA, Jerry Smith of Anchorage, AK Niece Terry and niece Terry Pannullo and husband Theodore Pannullo of Hewitt, NJ.

Robert was an avid fisherman and hunter and belonged to a hunt club in VA for many years. Robert owned a carpentry business before moving to Florida in 1997. He loved his Harley Davidson bike and his pickup truck. He had a wonderful sense of humor and always had a good joke to tell.

There are no plans for a memorial service at this time.
