It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of Robert W Crawford, 67, of Leesburg, Florida on February 26, 2024 at his home. He is survived by his beloved wife of 45 years, Gae Anne Wallace, his lovely daughter, Jennifer, his son-in-law, Brendan, and his two adorable granddaughters Skylar and Madelyn. Robert has 2 brothers and 2 sisters and many nieces and nephews, as well as several great nieces and great nephews. Robert was born in Summit, NJ the son of Clifford and Grace Crawford. Robert was the owner operator of Protocol Controls, Inc of Richmond Virginia for over 25 years. He received the Integrator of the Year award from Dupont de Nemours in 2000. He always took time to help others and give opportunities to the people he felt deserved a chance. He loved music and was an accomplished guitar player. He loved to entertain people, was always generous and enjoyed sharing his wonderful sense of humor with family and friends. He will be greatly missed by everyone who had the pleasure to know him. He has been laid to rest at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Leesburg Florida in the mausoleum. If anyone would like to honor his memory please donate to your local chapter of the ALS association.
