Robert Merrill Dickinson, 78, Edgewater FL passed away suddenly January 22, 2016 with the love of his life by his side.

He was born December 14, 1937 in Exeter, NH to Laurence and Ruby (nee. Brown) Dickinson. Robert graduated from Raymond High School. Following graduation he served his country in the US Air Force,

He was a member of the Dolphin Athletic Club of Edgewater and AmVets Post 2 Edgewater. He was a devoted Patriots fan.

In addition, he was preceded in death by his sister Jane and two sons Scott and Brian. He is survived by his adoring, loving and devoted wife Marion (Palmer) of Edgewater, FL, sisters Linda Fahey of Raymond NH, Patricia Cronin of Edgewater, FL, stepchildren Joseph Caswell of Concord, NH, Rachel Nowe of Westbrooke, ME, his estranged daughter Kathy Asci of Rockland, MA, three grandchildren Greg, Jennifer and Kristin Asci of Rockland MA, four step-grandchildren Ian Davis of Concord, NH, Sierra and Addison Nowe of Nottingham, NH and Jyllian Caswell of Concord, NH; also, nieces and nephews. Per his request he will be buried with his sons in New Hampshire.

Life Celebration will be 11:00 AM Saturday, January 30 at AmVets Post 2 in Edgewater, FL. Memorial donations are requested to AmVets Post 2 Honor Guard.
