Robert Edward
Feasel
September 24, 1945 – May 31, 2026
Robert Edward Feasel (80) was born at home in Carey, Ohio September 24, 1945, to Robert Lewis Feasel and Mable Feasel
Pastor Bob completed his earthly journey on May 31, 2026 on the way to his eternal home and he has now gone from his body of clay to his heavenly body. Though our hearts are mourning on this side of Heaven, we can take comfort knowing that he is now rejoicing there with Jesus. As he said many times: (Philippians 1:21) For to me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain. (II Timothy 4:7-8) I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing. The Lord said, “Well done my good and faithful servant... enter thou into the joy of thy lord.” Matthew 25:23
Pastor Bob's favorite thing to do was pray with others about their needs and lead the lost to the Lord. Whether it be in a hospital, restaurant, grocery store, department store, in their home or outside working he was always ready to pray.
Bob spent most of his younger years working with the teens and young adults in the Church. he later was ordained and pastored an Independent Church before becoming an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene.
He will be fondly remembered by those who knew him for his love of those he came into contact with, his wisdom in counseling, his love of the scriptures and his ability to bring those scriptures into today's time.
Waiting to join him later is his wife Kay Kinker Feasel, who he married in January 1963. He was and will continue to be deeply loved and admired by their children: Melissa, Myron, and Michella. Pastor Bob also leaves 5 Grandchildren Meagan ( like a daughter), Victor, Maxwell, Calvin, and Faith. Siblings: Dixie, Ross, Jean, Diana, Mike and Sue.
Going before him were his parents, and Sister, Shirley Feasel.
He attended Carey High School and Northwest Nazarene University.
Memoral service to be held June 20th, 2026 at 1 PM at Calvary Gospel Church 5455 N. US Highway 17. officiated by his dear friend Brother Ezzie Harrison.
