It is with a heavy heart that we announce that Robert Gainey passed away on November 27, 2023, at the Stuart F. Meyer Hospice Care Center. He was 52 years old from Daytona Beach, FL.

His hobbies include collecting anything dealing with Star Wars, Star Trek, and Legos. He is survived by his wife, Michelle Gainey; his bother and sister-in-law Charles (Jr) and Erin Gainey; his stepdaughter and her husband, Krista and Jake March and their daughter, Ali; and his nieces and nephews.

The date for his "Celebration of Life" ceremony has yet to be determined.
