Robert Brian Gardner  Sr (Nickname- Mickey), 79, passed away September 14, 2022  with his family by his side at Leesburg Hospital in Leesburg, Florida. At his request no services will be held. He will have a celebration of life at a later date to be held in Georgia.

Born January 3, 1943 in Troy,  New York to William and Mary (O'Brien) Gardner.  He graduated from Christian Brothers Academy in Albany, NY. He resided in The Villages Retirement Community located in Florida.

Bob worked for Bayer  Corporation for 33 years and had a very successful career. He retired as a regional manager for Bayer.

Bob has several hobbies and interests that he enjoyed over the years. He loved spending time with family and friends. One of Bob's favorite things to watch was his Yankee baseball games with Janice nightly. Bob loved to play golf anytime and anywhere he could!

Bob looked forward to his Tuesday night ventures with Ed, Paul, Cam, Nate, Joe, and as well as his late buddy Tim. He enjoyed playing Bocce and he was a very active member of the Parkinson Fight Club.

He is survived by his wife Janice (McMahon) for 59 years,  his 3 Children, Robert B Gardner(Cheryl), Jeffrey Gardner (Jennifer)  & Cheryl Pallone (Brian). He had 9 Grandchildren & 6 Great-Grandchildren, and sister-in-law Janet Flint.
