Robert A. Harrington, 84, of North Ft. Myers, FL died October 23, 2018 at home after a long illness surrounded by his love ones.  Born in Georgetown, MA on February 28, 1934 to the late Arthur and Florence (Hurd) Harrington.  In addition to his wife of 65 years Norah, he leaves one daughter Donna Benjamin and Brian, two sons Robert (Sam) Harrington, Jr. and Marie, son Dale Harrington and Sue Sandler, also his loving faithful dog Kelley; three grandchildren Jeffrey Hall & Christina, Lorah Whittier & Robert Harrington, III; one great granddaughter Savannah Hall and three step great grandchildren and many nieces.

He worked at United Shoe Machine Corp. in Beverly, MA for 38 years was a part-time Lobsterman & Clammer.  He loved fishing, camping, traveling and boating.

He belonged to the John T. Heard Lodge of Ipswich, MA for about 60 years.  A member of the Moose Lodge in Fl.

Memorial Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday November 9, 2018 at the Bayshore Community, 16990 Church Drive, North Ft. Myers, Fl 33917.
