Robert E Holt, 81, Ponce Inlet FL died Wednesday, June 30, 2010.   Robert was born in Westerly, Rhode Island. He served in the US Army in the 82nd Airborne during the Korean Conflict. He moved to this area in 1952 and was an entrepreneur and owning several businesses in the Daytona area. He enjoyed travelling, whitewater rafting, fishing, coin collecting and coached Little League baseball. His family fondly referred to him as a professional garage saler.   He is survived by his wife Friederike, son Tom (Gina) Holt of Edgewater FL, daughter Nora (Nick) Alsop of Williamsburg, VA, two grand children and one great grandchild. He was preceded in death by a daughter Debra Jean Holt in 1990. Memorial donations are requested to Hospice of Volusia 3800 Woodbriar Trail Port Orange FL 32119. A Memorial Service will be planned at Grace Episcopal Church Port Orange, FL.
