Robert James Smith, 69, of Edgewater died Tuesday morning, December 8, 2009 at his home with his wife by his side.  Mr. Smith was born August 27, 1940 in Port Henry, NY.  He was a veteran of the US Navy serving during the Vitnam era.  He owned and operatored a Tool & Dye shop for many years.  Mr. Smith moved to this area in 2002 and married Holley Ann on August 5, 2003.  He is survived by his loving wife, Holley; son, Clark Smith of Brookfield, CT; brother, Ronald Smith and sister Joan Boyea.
