Robert “Bob” Justak, 83, of The Villages, FL, passed away on February 24th, 2026, surrounded by his family. He was the devoted husband of 61 years to Fran; loving father of Debbie Justak Attar and Jeff (Brenda) Justak; cherished grandfather of Jacob, Kory and Alex Attar, Megan (Brent) Turey, Peyton and Jay Justak; and dear brother to Shirley Manning and Judi (John) Spear, sisters- and brothers-in-law, Sandy and Jim Hellrung and Kim and John Stahura;. Preceded in death by his parents: John and Charlotte Justak and brother-in-law Tom Manning. Bob was dearly loved by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Bob lived with a generous, open heart. Family was everything—his marriage to Fran was a true partnership full of friendship, laughter, and steady support. He took great pride in his children and grandchildren and treasured the wide circle of relatives and friends who brought joy to his life.
Sports were an integral part of Bob’s early life. As a high school football official for 35 years, a youth sports coach, and a mentor, he influenced countless young athletes, instilling values of integrity, discipline, teamwork, and perseverance—lessons that will resonate long after the final whistle.
Retiring from UPS and relocated to The Villages, Florida, Bob found joy in serving as an usher at St. Vincent de Paul and as an Ambassador at Long Leaf, Loblolly and Lowlands golf courses.
Notre Dame football was his second great love — fall Saturdays were sacred family time, rich with tradition, stories, and shared joy. Those memories and friendships are a living part of his legacy.
We will miss his voice, his laughter, his steady presence; and we will carry him with us in every lesson taught, and every new friend made. Well done, Dad. Your life was a championship season!
A funeral mass is scheduled for March 25th, 2026, at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church at 1:00 PM. The burial will be private. The family kindly requests that no flowers be sent and donations to a charity of your choice in Bob’s name.
