Robert Murdock 84 passed away Wednesday morning June 18, 2025, at Hospice House in Sumterville Florida. Mr. Murdock was born on March 24, 1941, in Galesburg Illinois, and moved to South Bend Indiana in 1967. Robert has been a resident of the Villages Florida since 2006.He is survived by his wife Marti Murdock; a son Tim Murdock & his wife Melissa Murdock of Tampa Florida.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Les and Doris Murdock. Mr. Murdock graduated from Abingdon High School. He was in the Army reserves from 1961-1965. After moving to South Bend, he & his wife managed an A&W restaurant till it closed. Then he drove the city bus, also part owner in a successful roofing Company. In 2006 he retired from both and moved to the Villages Florida to work on his golf game and enjoy all his hard work. Through out his life, Bob enjoyed Golfing, Fishing, trips to las Vegas and spending time with his family.
