Robert Charles Ridings, 73, of Ocala, FL, passed away on November 10, 2024. He was born in Providence, Rhode Island on January 26, 1951. He attended Saint Raymond School and Shea High School in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. He obtained an Associates Degree in Computer Programming from the Community College of Rhode Island.

He worked for the State of Rhode Island, Employees Retirement System as a Systems Analyst for 28 years. He was an avid Boston Celtics fan and a New England Patriots fan and also enjoyed golfing.

He was the son of the late Earl and Theresa (Fetzer) Ridings. He was the brother of the late Barbara (Betty) Coccia and of the late John Ridings.

He is survived by his brother William Ridings and his wife Barbara, their son Christopher Ridings and his wife Cara, their daughters Caitlin and Caroline, niece Mary Coccia McArthur, nephews Joseph Coccia and Anthony Coccia and their families, his partner of 21 years Cynthia Lopes and former wife Ann-Marie Bandieri.

Funeral and burial services will be private.
