Robert A. Rogers, 69, of Port Orange, passed away on September 17 at Halifax Medical Center. He was a native of Rochester, NY and moved to this area from Ocean Springs, MI in June 2008. Robert was a proud veteran of the US Navy. He was a natural gas technician for Blossman Gas Company before his retirement. Robert enjoyed riding his motorcycle, he could always be found lending a helping hand to anyone who needed it, and he especially loved dogs. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his sons, Robert "BJ" A. Rogers, Jr. of Port Orange, and Michael (Krista) Rogers of Prosper, TX, brother Tom Rogers (Cheryl) of Rochester, NY and 2 grandchildren, Andrew Rogers and Carson Rogers.
