Robert C. Sines, 77, of Sarasota, Florida, passed away peacefully with his wife Denise by his side on September 18, 2023, at Pam Specialty Hospital of Sarasota, Florida. Bob was born in Philadelphia on February 13, 1946.

Robert worked as a Philadelphia Police Officer for 21 years.  He was also a United States Army Veteran of the Vietnam era. Bob was an avid Philadelphia sports fan and then became a Tampa Bay Rays fan and a fan of the Buccaneers.

He is survived by his loving wife, Denise, sons, Douglas Sines of Bradenton, Florida, Robert Sines of Thailand; daughter, Kristi Sines of New Jersey; two granddaughters, Alyssa and Kayla, and several other friends and family.

A burial with military honors will be held on Monday, October 23, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Sarasota National Cemetery located at 9810 State Road 72, Sarasota, FL 34241

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in memory of Robert Sines.
