Roberta "Bobbi" Shepard Lipka (80) of Ocala FL, Formerly Churchville, NY, passed away on August 9, 2026. 

Bobbi was born in Rochester NY to Robert and Martha Shepard. She studied Journalism at the University of Rochester and Syracuse University. 

Bobbi was a lifelong horsewoman and community volunteer. She was devoted to the betterment of the Morgan Sport Horse through her breeding operations at Belcrest Sport Morgans. She was awarded the American Horse Council Van Ness award in 1994 for her work in improving the Horse Industry within New York State. Bobbi was a licensed judge, certified dressage instructor, and ensured countless students developed their love of horses safely. She wrote and directed the video "Morgans, for the Sport of It" and her articles on horsemanship appeared in major national publications.

 Bobbi is survived by her Husband of 57 years, Edward Lipka, son Brian, grandchildren Connor, Lady, Lily, and Logan, and Daughter, Stephanie.
