ROBERTA MAE GARRISON October 31, 1940 -August 5, 2024

Roberta Mae Garrison, 83 passed away on August 5, 2024, at Halifax Hospice Care Center, Orange City, Florida.

Roberta was born in Manchester Kentucky on October 31, 1940, to the late Ruth and Robert White. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Arabella Bowling, and nephew Andrew Russoli.

Roberta is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Billy Garrison, daughter Mary Shannehan (Bill), son Doug Garrison, stepdaughter Karen Jo Arsneault (Alex), sister Sally Sipes (Eddie); 9 grandchildren, Melissa Hansen (Michael), Robin Shannehan, Valerie Messineo (Justin), Sara Garrison, Austin Garrison, Kyle Stender (Allison), Kassie Scalf (David), Kameron Stender (Avery), Keiton Stender (Chelsea); 8 great-grandchildren, nieces, cousins, and many friends.

Roberta was a member of Lifepoint Community Church, Deland, Florida. She enjoyed playing cards with her friends and family get-togethers.

The celebration of life will be held at LifePoint Community Church on Saturday, August 17, 2024, at 4:00 pm officiated by Pastor Don Jagers, 1747 W. New York Avenue, Deland, Florida 32720. A reception will follow.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital or LifePoint Community Church for the youth ministries.
