Robin Phillips, 71, of Sarasota, Florida, passed away peacefully on June 18, 2026.

Robin found happiness in life’s simple pleasures. She loved curling up with a good book, taking leisurely bike rides, and, above all, caring for the dogs and cats that brought her so much joy. Her gentle spirit, quiet kindness, and compassionate heart touched the lives of everyone who knew her.

Robin was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Richard Phillips.

She is lovingly remembered by her son, Brad Phillips; her brothers, Bob Blakely and his wife, Fran, and Cliff Blakely; as well as her dear friend, Tony Youtzy, whose love and companionship brought happiness to her life. She also leaves behind many extended family members and friends who will forever cherish her memory.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 16, at 11:30 a.m. at Sarasota National Cemetery, 9810 State Road 72, Sarasota, Florida.

Robin’s family sincerely appreciates the love, prayers, and support they have received during this difficult time. While her presence will be deeply missed, her kindness, warmth, love of animals, and gentle heart will continue to live on in the memories of all who were fortunate enough to know and love her.

May she rest in eternal peace.
