Rockey Layden Rossi, 55, of Port Charlotte, FL, formerly of Bellmeade, PA, passed away on October 23, 2026, following ongoing health issues. Rockey was born in Lewistown, PA on April 30, 1971 to Ray Layden Rossi and Bambi Dunn Rossi.

He is preceded in death by his uncle Dean Rossi of Hollidaysburg, PA and uncle Jim Speer of East Waterford, PA.

In addition to his parents, Rockey is survived by his sisters; Nanette Potts and husband Billy of Dublin, VA, Rachele Belknap and husband JB of Punta Gorda, FL, niece, Loren Belknap; aunts, Judith Rossi and Henrietta Speer, and several other family and friends.
