Rocky Tyler Howell

Rocky Tyler Howell, 17, of Port Charlotte Florida on February 15, 2022 at 12:05 p.m..  Rocky has gained his wings.

Rocky was born January 29, 2005, the son of Roy A. Howell Jr and Kelly J Howell of Port Charlotte Florida.

Rocky was born in Zanesville Ohio, lived in Newark Ohio for fifteen years, living his last two years in Port Charlotte.

Rocky has made an impression in every person he met. He was loved by many people wherever he went.

Rocky's passion was fishing, kayaking, listening to UP Church, country music and hanging with his friends.

Cadet Rocky Howell was in the R.O.T.C. Program of Port Charlotte High School for two years.

Rocky is survived by his parents, Roy and Kelly Howell Jr and siblings Allan Howell of Newark Ohio, Austin Church of North Port Florida, Cody Church of Mount Vernon Ohio, Kaylee Howell of Port Charlotte Florida; maternal grandparents Larry and Debbie Meade of Newark Ohio; paternal grandparents, Roy and Alline Howell Sr of Newark Ohio; Aunts and Uncles Jennifer and Jeremy Scott, Mindy and Greg Brown, John and Nikki Howell, Tonya and Kirlay Wright, Minda and Sean Banks, and Andrew Fleming.
