Roderick "Rod" Harter Jr. age 31 passed away Friday, March 17th, 2017.  He loved golf, playing his guitar, his friends and family, and his beloved dog, Porkchop.  In 2010, his passion for the outdoors inspired him to hike the Appalachian Trail and set the tone for his view on life.

He was survived by his father Rod Harter Sr. and his mother and step-father Linda and Stan Mushinski, sister and brother-in-law Christina and John Kelly, nephew Colin Kelly and Grandmother Barbara Jean Moore

Services will be held on Saturday April 1st at the University Club of Winter Park from 2-4pm (ceremony 3pm). 841 N Park Ave, Winter Park, FL 32789. In l ieu of flowers please make a donation in Rod's name to to Appalachian Trail Conservancy.
