Obituary
Roger "Ricky" Blackard, loved the outdoors and his family, passed away from a brief illness on April 14, 2023.
He is preceded in death by his parents Robert and Mary Blackard; leaving behind his brothers Robert (Margo) Blackard, Ronald (Janet) Blackard, sister Debra Deardorff, and many nieces, nephews, great and great- great nieces and nephews.
He will be missed by all.
