Rolf William Utegaard, 85, of Winter Springs, Florida passed away August 1, 2014 at the Winter Park Memorial Hospital. Rolf was born to the late Thomas and Isabelle Fletcher Utegaard.  Rolf was a Colonel in the U.S. Army serving 3 tours in Vietnam and he also fought in the Korean War.  He was involved in public relations with Seminole County. He also worked with Gulf Oil, Phillips 66 and Enron. He held a Masters Degree from the University of Wisconsin. He is survived by his loving wife Marylyn Jane Bachtle Utegaard, his daughter Lynn Burr and her husband Larry, Son, Scott Utegaard and his wife Michelle, and three grandchildren Isabelle, Makenna, and Karissa. Memorial Services will be held at a later date with an inurnment at Arlington National Cemetery.
