Ronald Morton Ballou Ill, lovingly known to family and friends as Trae, passed away unexpectedly on March 8, 2026. Trae was known for his loyal heart, strong spirit, and the way he made those around him feel like family. His presence brought laughter, stories, and unforgettable memories to the people who knew him.
Trae loved spending time outdoors and found peace in nature. He especially enjoyed fishing, where he could relax and enjoy the quiet moments outside. He was also a dedicated experienced, tree/line trimmer certified foreman, taking pride in the work he did and the responsibilities he carried.
Above all, Trae loved his family deeply. He leaves behind his beloved children, Jamilynn, Jaydn, and Brock, who will carry forward his memory and the love he had for them. He js also survived by his significant other, Kathryn Miller, who shared many meaningful moments of life with him.
Trae is survived by his parents, Ronald Ballou Jr. and Jami Ballou, and his siblings Cara Miller, Tara Stone and Brittany Tillotson, along with extended family members and many friends who will cherish the memories they shared with him.
Trae valued friendship, loyalty, and connection. He had a way of showing up for people in both big and small moments, offering support, humor, and companionship. Those who knew him will remember his personality, the conversations they shared, and the memories created together.
He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Though his passing leaves a profound emptiness, his memory will live on through the stories, laughter, and love he shared with those closest to him.
Trae will be remembered always and forever in the hearts of his children, family, and friends.
