Ronald Stephen Raymond, 88, passed away peacefully on April 29, 2018. Ron was born, raised and lived in Connecticut until his retirement in 1995. During that time he worked as a maintenance mechanic for a plastic molding company. He also was an avid duck pin bowler playing on multiple leagues, bowling four nights a week. After retirement he enjoyed traveling, billiards, cards, dominos, bingo and puzzles. But his passion was shuffle board in which he played every chance he got. He is survived by his wife of 55 years Jean Thiede Raymond, daughters Joyce Novicky (John Vining) and Cheryl Nees (Fred Jr.) and son Donald Raymond (Idalia), four grandchildren and five great grandchildren. He is predeceased by his son Alan Raymond.  He is also survived by his sister Dolores Boulliane, and brothers Richard Raymond and Robert Raymond (Annie), and many nieces and nephews. Celebration of life will be held at Edgewater Landings Clubhouse on May 9, 2018 at 3:30pm.
