In loving memory of Ronald J. Ruggeri

March 19, 1945 – October 9, 2018

Ronald J. "Ron" Ruggeri, 73 of Eustis, Florida, formerly of Greensburg, Pennsylvania passed away unexpectedly on October 9, 2018. He was born March 19, 1945 in Lusesco, PA. to the late Ernest and Alma (Comba) Ruggeri.

Ron is preceded in death by his parents Alma (Comba) and Ernest Ruggeri. He is survived by his wife Cheryl (Fultz) Ruggeri, sons Keith Ruggeri of Lower Burrell, PA and Todd Ruggeri of Eustis, FL, daughter Caitlin Ruggeri of Denver, CO, sister Martha Lape of Connecticut, four grandchildren, Bailey, Brandon, Raquel and Sophia, and three great grandchildren, Karson, Jade and Charlie.

Ron graduated from Slippery Rock University, he then went on to earn his Master's Degree in Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He was a teacher, guidance counselor, swim coach, and a WPIAL track and field official in the Kiski, PA area until his retirement in 2003.

Ron was an avid golfer, he loved bowling with his league, and enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson Road King. He had charisma and charm and touched the lives of so many people he met in his path of life.

A private ceremony will be planned at a later date. In Lieu of flowers or donations we ask you take a moment to hug your loved ones. Time waits for no one so enjoy the ride!
