Born in St Petersburg, Florida on August 12,1965 daughter of late Evelyne N. Ivey and Barney Ivey Jr. After Graduating from Rollins College with a Journalism and English Degree, she went to serve in the United State Air Force and traveled the world. Later in life for many years Rosalyn worked as a Telecommunication Professional as a brilliant, edgy columinisit and independent contributor and Ghost Writer.
