Roy W. Lastinger completed his journey through this life on May 13th. He was born in Daytona Beach August 28, 1949 and lived most of his life in the Daytona Beach area. He was employed in the commercial and residential construction industry. Roy was a talented musician and in his youth performed at many locations in the area. He was previously married to Virginia Quellette. He was predeceased by his father, G. Warren Lastinger. Survivors include his mother, Pauline, Calhoun, KY; sisters Kay English, Jacksonville; and Joy Winstead, Calhoun, KY; brothers Ray, Tampa; and John, South Daytona; several nephews and a niece; and stepmother, Kathryn Lawrence, South Dayona.
