Roy C. Martin, 89, of Daytona Beach, Florida passed away on February 24, 2017 at his residence. He was born on December 29, 1927 in Lookout, West Virginia. Roy was a Veteran of the United States Marines, and he was a graduate of the West Virginia University Law School. He was an Attorney, practicing Law in Charleston, WV for 20 years, retiring 1991. He and his wife then moved to Daytona Beach, FL. Roy is survived by his loving wife, Sybil J. Martin; his daughter, Rebecca M. Brooks; and his sister-in-law, Elinor Martin. Final arrangements were made by Roy and his wife.
