Ruby, "Carol" Fox died on December 1, 2023, at 81 years old. Ruby Carolyn Fox was born in Morristown, Tennessee, March 13, 1942. She was one of twelve children born to Eunella White and Elmer Fox. At a young age, Carol had an accident that left her mentally disabled, but she lived a fulfilling life and enjoyed animals and animal movies. She attended Loveland Center in Venice, FL in her younger years. She is survived by her niece Samantha Matney, of Port Charlotte, FL, along with many nieces and nephews.
