Rudolph was born in Chicago, Illinois. He came to this area in 1975 from Potomac, Maryland. He served our nation in the US Navy during WW II and was an electrician.  He held memberships in  VASA Order of America, LST Association and a member of the Masonic Lodge. He is survived by his daughter Linda (Terry) Paschal, granddaughter Heather (Scott) Pavich, brothers Henry and Roy. He was preceded in death by a brother Robert.  Committal will be at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery with Honors.
