Ruddy is survived by his mother, Apa S. Curry, His father, Robert W. Curry, his stepmother Dorothy C. Curry, and his brother R. Kennard Curry.  Ruddy was born in Bangkok Thailand and was a Theravada Buddhist as are his parents.  He is being cremated, and his ashes wil be shipped to Thailand where ceremonies will be conducted and his ashes interred.  There will be no ceremony in the US.
