Ruth Catherine Easton of Ocala, FL.

Nammy (or "if they want money", Ruth Easton), an incredibly strong and compassionate woman, passed away Monday, February 27, 2023 at 60. She was born September 9, 1962 in Springfield Massachusetts, fifth of seven children to Ruth and Richard "Dick" LaFreniere. Her adult life began as a communications operator in the U.S. Air Force and that dedication to service continued through a career in social work, always helping those in need. Similarly, Nam spent much of her time promoting democratic causes she believed in. That is, when she wasn't at the beach with her family or crocheting a blanket for everyone she knew. This passion for improvement led to a baccalaureate in criminal justice which she intended to use for bettering the world. Now, she is reunited with parents, sister Donna, and loving husband Ken. She is survived by daughters Amber, Sarah, and Katelyn as well as siblings Richard, teven, Michael, elly, and William. We will all remember how brave and vivacious a mother, sister, and friend she was. To honor such an already missed person, you are requested at Baldwin Brothers Funeral Home in Ocala Florida
