Sally Frost Wurmnest, 77, passed away on October 16, at Hospice of Florida Hospital. Born in Detroit, Michigan, Sally has lived in the Jacksonville and Port Orange areas for most of her life. She worked at the VFW in Jacksonville for many years prior to her retirement. Sally was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Nina Frost and her daughter, Deborah Mowery. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her son, Bill Mowery, sister Marilyn Frost Bennett and one grandchild.
